Vodafone-Three UK probe extended over failure to provide documents

( May 10, 2024, 15:40 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Vodafone and CK Hutchison’s Three will have their UK merger probe extended, after CK Hutchison failed to provide information required by the antitrust regulator. The Competition and Markets Authority’s in-depth phase II probe report had been due to be published by Sept. 18. But the reference period will now be extended until CK Hutchison complies with the request for documents and information.Statement follows....
