Proximus's appeal against Belgian data protection fine: referral decision published

( April 21, 2021, 11:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Proximus's appeal against a fine of 20,000 euros, imposed by the Belgian data protection watchdog for publishing a subscriber’s contact details on its public directory, has been referred to the EU Court of Justice. The Brussels Court of Appeal, which is reviewing the case, has asked EU judges for guidance and submitted four questions on the principles of EU law.
