UK Competition Authority: CC - Invitation to submit comments on provisional findings on tacit co-ordination in local bus services

( August 4, 2011, 08:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Competition Commission has published the provisional findings of its investigation into tacit co-ordination in the local bus services market, stating that it had insufficient evidence to clearly establish the existence of tacit co-ordination in that particular case. Nevertheless, it is of the opinion that conditions for tacit co-ordination are met and that some operators occasionally tried or might try in the future to engage in tacit co-ordination.
