​China's NDRC to liberalize pricing for certain postal services

( June 3, 2015, 07:51 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice to remove government-fixed pricing for certain postal services, including domestic express mail services, postcard delivery, delivery of printed materials and certain parcel deliveries.
