Judge dismisses Insulate's antitrust claims against Graco

( March 11, 2014, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US District Judge Ann Montgomery has granted Graco and its distributors’ motions to dismiss Insulate’s claims that they conspired to fix the prices of fast-set spray foam equipment. Montgomery said that Insulate’s antitrust claims were filed beyond the statute of limitations and even if they were not, Insulate failed to show enough facts to make the allegations plausible. She also held that Insulate lacked standing to sue under any state laws other than California's —where the company is located— because the company "has not alleged that it suffered injury in any other state."See document below....
