Steris, Synergy Health expect to comply with FTC's second request in April

( March 10, 2015, 14:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Medical technology company Steris and British sterilization services provider Synergy Health expect to comply with the US Federal Trade Commission's 'second request' for additional information in April and that the FTC's review could be completed as soon as May, according to a regulatory filing by Steris on Tuesday. Steris said in the filing that the company has decided to push back its shareholders' meeting from March 12 to May 12. The companies also have agreed to extend the date for completing the merger to July 12; the extension is subject to UK court approval.Extract....
