The six — Cintia de Souza Pacheco, Francisco Schiffer Nett, José Renato Lima dos Santos, Nilton Freire Sampaio Junior, Reynaldo Augusto Damm Junior and Rodrigo Fraga Olivieri — have told CADE that the deal will result in plentiful overlaps in the state of Espírito Santo. As interested third parties, they will be able to assist CADE, and can appeal a decision from its Superintendence to approve the deal to its governing Tribunal.OJ statement follows in Portuguese....
