Tokyo Century to acquire 20% of Aviation Capital Group upon regulatory approval

Aviation Capital, a wholly owned unit of US insurer Pacific Life, leases aircraft to about 95 airline operators in some 40 countries. The Japanese company made the announcement in a statement today.
