Recylex loses challenge of cartel fine in EU court

( May 23, 2019, 10:46 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: French recycling group Recylex has lost its court bid to overturn an antitrust fine of 26.7 million euros ($29.7 million) imposed by the European Commission in 2017 for fixing prices for purchasing scrap automotive batteries.
