Bangchak Petroleum to buy SunEdison’s Japanese solar operations

The agreement was signed between Bangchak’s green-energy subsidiary BCPG and SunEdison, for the latter’s solar power business, which includes 13 megawatts in installed solar farms. The acquisition is part of Bangchak’s 90 billion baht 2015-2020 expansion plan, which will likely see more mergers and acquisitions on top of organic growth plans for green energy and petroleum exploration and production.      ...
