Non-EU pornographic sites to be blocked in France for failing to verify users' age

( October 17, 2024, 18:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Paris Court of Appeal has ruled that pornographic websites established outside of France — xhamster.com, tukif.com, mrsexe.com and iciporno.com — will be blocked within 15 days by Internet service providers in France unless they install age-verification systems to prevent minors from accessing their sites, child-protection associations La Voix de l'Enfant and e-Enfance said in a statement.
