The country's anti-siphoning laws were passed before the advent of the Internet, and Internet-based services were now able to bypass their restrictions, while subscription-TV operators could not. Sports bodies should also be able to sell their rights to a wider range of buyers, reflecting new and emerging technologies, he said.      ...
