CDC will further substantiate truck-cartel claims after Dutch ruling

( May 20, 2019, 17:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Cartel Damage Claims said it would further substantiate a lawsuit against truckmakers in Dutch court proceedings, in the wake of a ruling last week. CDC said it was up to the claimants to decide on what further information was necessary. The court also noted that claims vehicles, such as CDC, aren't "subject to any specific rules or a higher standard of proof, but that the same standards apply to them as to any individual claimant," the company said.The statement is attached....
