Dimmi, which has a network of more than 2,500 bookable restaurants, holds 10 percent market share of all bookings in Australia and is aiming to achieve a 25-percent market share following its acquisition by TripAdvisor. Dimmi will be merged into TripAdvisor's restaurant division The Fork, Europe's leading restaurant booking site.
