OpenAI subject to a GDPR infringement complaint on ChatGPT

The organization announced today that it has filed a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority and is demanding a fine be imposed on OpenAI.OpenAI is the subject of a complaint about a breach of the General Data Protection Regulation by its generative-AI chatbot ChatGPT, filed by the Austrian campaign group Noyb together with an individual complainant (see here)....
