Chinese supercomputing entities blacklisted by US Commerce

( April 8, 2021, 14:11 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US exports to seven Chinese tech companies will be restricted by the US Commerce Department after the agency added those firms to its entity list for building supercomputers used by China's military. “Supercomputing capabilities are vital for the development of many — perhaps almost all — modern weapons and national security systems, such as nuclear weapons and hypersonic weapons.
