Wright Medical assumes lower-extremity product divestitures in Tornier deal

( February 26, 2015, 15:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Joint-replacement manufacturer Wright Medical Group said it assumes it will make lower-extremity product divestitures to satisfy the US Federal Trade Commission's request for additional information on its planned merger with rival Tornier, according to a regulatory filing. The products in question represent less than $15 million in US revenue and less than $21 million in global revenue, the company said. It expects the deal to close in the second quarter.Extract....
