Apple, Epic Games draw battle lines in App Store monopolization trial with sprawling court filings

The “proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law,” each running to hundreds of pages, show Apple stating the case for user privacy, security and its right to operate the App Store how it pleases, while Epic Games argues the company has built a network of monopolies and sub-monopolies that allow it to extract exorbitant fees from developers and consumers.
