Deutsche Telekom-Meta dispute over network fees to be transferred to German antitrust court

Judges in the Bonn court, which canceled a hearing today on the dispute, found that a specialized tribunal should rule on the case since there are several issues related to competition law.A legal dispute between Deutsche Telekom and Facebook-owner Meta Platforms over the payment of fees for data traffic will be transferred from a court in Bonn to a specialized court in Cologne with expertise in antitrust matters, MLex has learned....
