China’s Supreme Court issues interpretation on handling of IP, competition disputes

( February 26, 2015, 04:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Supreme People’s Court has drafted and released for public comment its “Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Handling of Preliminary Injunctions Involving Intellectual Property or Competition Disputes (Consultation Paper),” the SPC said in a statement Thursday.
