Six Spanish construction companies fined for bid rigging

( July 7, 2022, 07:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Spanish infrastructure businesses Acciona, Dragados, FCC, Ferrovial, Obrascón Huarte Lain and Sacyr have been fined a total of 203.6 million euros, for restricting competition in relation to thousands of public contracts of general interest, such as hospitals, seaports, airports and roads.
