InnoMemory faces US claims from TP-Link of filing baseless patent complaints against dozens of companies

( October 8, 2024, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: TP-Link is seeking a declaration of noninfringement and an injunction in a lawsuit filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. The complaint comes on the heels of a Texas lawsuit filed against TP-Link in Texas by nonpracticing entity InnoMemory, or IM. According to TP-Link, the New York court has an interest "in determining who is responsible for IM and these other companies operating in this District and whether their highly litigious activities — including threatening dozens if not hundreds of companies across a range of unrelated industries with expensive patent litigation — are based on meritless patent claims."See document below....
