St1 to launch an aviation fuel JV with Shell

( January 27, 2015, 16:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Finnish energy company St1 announced buying the share capital of Norwegian marketing company Smart Fuels from Shell Exploration and Production.
