Brother Industries says it received antitrust clearance for Domino Printing in Europe, China

( May 18, 2015, 07:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Japan’s Brother Industries said it has received approval from the European Commission and China’s Ministry of Commerce for the acquisition of Domino Printing Sciences. The Japanese company said in a May 18 press release that it plans to complete the acquisition on June 11.  The US Federal Trade Commission said last month that it, too, approved the acquisition plan.  The company's full statement, in Japanese, is attached....
