EU's IoT cybersecurity requirements set for legislation in summer

The rules — which aim to cover specifically cybersecurity requirements of products such as smartwatches, webcams and refrigerators — were previously planned for adoption in the second quarter of 2021.Internet-connected devices will be subject to new EU cybersecurity requirements with secondary legislation to be adopted this summer under the Radio Equipment Directive, MLex has learned....
