According to the proposal, the CFCA would become Canada’s lead law enforcement agency against financial crime, bringing together expertise across the government to increase money laundering charges, prosecutions and convictions, as well as seizure of criminal assets.Canada is pushing ahead with plans to establish a new agency dedicated to combating financial crime....
