ATS Tree Services voluntarily dismisses challenge to US FTC noncompete ban

( October 4, 2024, 20:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: ATS Tree services notified a Pennsylvania federal court that the company is voluntarily dropping its legal challenge to a US Federal Trade Commission rule banning most noncompete agreements nationwide. "Defendants have not served an answer or motion for summary judgment in this action. Accordingly, Plaintiff notices voluntary dismissal of this action, without prejudice," ATS said in a notice filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.See document below....
