( October 14, 2020, 18:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A Brazilian Federal Court in Brasília has accepted accusations against six individuals linked to pension fund Postalis — Adilson Florêncio da Costa, Alexej Predtechensky, João Carlos Penna Esteves, José Carlos Rodrigues Sousa, Mônica Christina Caldeira and Ricardo Oliveira Azevedo — for allegedly neglecting safeguards of Postalis' capital property in investments with credit rights investment fund Lavoro II (FIDC LAVORO II) in 2010, according to a statement. The complaints were filed by prosecutors of the Postalis task-force.
