Heineken accuses Ambev of non-compliance with CADE restrictions in Brazil exclusivity-clauses case

HNK BR Indústria de Bebidas said Ambev recently signed an exclusivity contract for beer sale and marketing with a POS called “As Ilhas,” located in São Sebastião city in São Paulo state.
