Appeals filed by CBL, Terin in Cattalini-União Vopak deal accepted by Brazil CADE Councilor Fernandes

( January 11, 2023, 15:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Brazilian competition authority Councilor Victor Oliveira Fernandes has accepted two appeals against the Superintendence's approval of port operator Cattalini Terminais Marítimos' planned acquisition of warehousing firm União Vopak Armazéns Gerais' assets related to a set of properties. The appeals were filed by logistics firm Companhia Brasileira de Logística (CBL) and port operator CPA Terminal Paranaguá (Terin).
