Police Service Northern Ireland fined GBP750,000 for data breach that exposed whole staff

Commissioner John Edwards said he could not "think of a clearer example to prove how critical it is to keep personal information safe." The breach ended up "exposing the personal information of its entire workforce," the ICO said....
