Comment: Cargotec, Konecranes to face EU scrutiny over container-handling deal

When the European Commission last reviewed a Konecranes deal four years ago, it said the two companies combined had nearly 100 percent of sales of straddle carriers in Europe and very high market shares for other equipment.
