Lindsay Goldberg gets EU approval to buy pharma-packaging supplier Bilcare Research

Bilcare Research Group is a global manufacturer and supplier of technical plastic films that are used for the production of flexible packaging as well as for non-packaging applications. Lindsay Goldberg manages different funds that hold equity investments in operating portfolio companies. The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would raise no competition concerns given the limited horizontal overlaps and vertical relationships between the companies' activities.
