Supreme Court rejects prison release request from former Odebrecht CEO

( April 26, 2016, 22:36 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Brazil's Supreme Court has decided to keep the former CEO of construction company Odebrecht, Marcelo Odebrecht, in custody during the appeal of his corruption conviction, finding the executive made attempts to hinder investigations related to the Petrobras case. The court also decided to release former Odebrecht executives Márcio Faria and Rogério Araújo, but required other measures, such as electronic anklets.
