Panasonic warned over resale price maintenance in New Zealand

In a statement today, the New Zealand Commerce Commission said it believes Panasonic likely withheld supply of televisions to two retailers, and supplied televisions to a retailer on less favorable terms because the retailer sold TVs lower than prices specified by Panasonic.
