OLVG hospital cleared to buy Slotervaart as Dutch watchdog cites emergency need

Soltervaart went bankrupt and an urgent solution was needed, the ACM said, making OLVG an acceptable buyer despite having a leading market position in the local area.Statement follows in Dutch....
