Wallace Group animal rendering merger under review in NZ

( July 28, 2016, 04:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- New Zealand's Commerce Commission is considering Wallace Group’s proposal to acquire up to 100 percent of Wallace Corp’s animal rendering plants and businesses, according to press statement. Wallace Corp comprises Farm Brands, Farm Brands Asset Management, Keep It Clean and South Canterbury By-Products (2009). Rendering plants process animal waste into tallow, animal feed and other finished products.
