Challenging the Competition Commission of India before the Karnataka High Court, the online sellers — CIGFIL Retail, Wishery Online, Xanique Ventures, Rocket Kommerce and Darshita Aashiyana — have argued that they were unfairly implicated in the four-year old investigation despite cooperating with the commission by providing requested information and data.Five additional online sellers have sued the Indian antitrust watchdog over the ongoing Amazon-Flipkart probe following a leaked investigation report....
