​Mofcom publishes instructions on standardizing case naming in antitrust filings

( February 6, 2015, 09:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Ministry of Commerce Friday published instructions to standardize the style of case naming in notification filings for mergers and acquisitions. The instructions take effect immediately. According to the instructions, companies should use proper names as registered with Chinese administration authorities for commerce and industry, accurate Chinese translations, or foreign names registered elsewhere. The case names shouldn't contain phrases such as “notification for concentration of undertakings” or “antitrust filing.”The full statement follows:...
