The regulator accused Siemens of entering into exclusive agreements under which Siemens would provide hospitals with medical devices for free on the condition that hospitals buy the chemical reagents used to run the devices only from Siemens. The investigation follows a previous anti-bribery probe in the pharmaceutical sector in which GlaxoSmithKline was fined nearly $500 million, the report said....
