Tereos gets UK fine over failure in T&L Sugars deal to comply with information request

The deal, which sees T&L Sugars' buyout  of Tereos UK and Ireland’s retail sugar business, was cleared by the Competition and Markets Authority earlier this month following an in-depth probe.Statement follows....
