NRGI launches national oil company database to up transparency

( April 25, 2019, 16:53 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: National oil company financial and production information has been compiled and presented in a database by the National Resource Governance Institute. The figures show the barrels per day production of the companies, their annual revenues and the amounts, denominated in US dollars, that the national oil companies transfer to government treasuries. NRGI said national oil companies “tend to report the least data in the countries with the biggest shortcomings in corruption.”Statement follows. Please see attached documents....
