( September 9, 2010, 08:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Lawyers for two Chinese tinned mandarin producers are before the EU's General Court today, seeking to overturn antidumping duties imposed on their imports to Europe. Zhejiang Xinshiji Foods and Hubei Xinshiji Foods, representing more than 60 percent of EU tinned mandarin imports, argue that the European Commission harmed the companies' rights of defence by not allowing enough time to comment on draft measures.
