Ex-Barclays trader Moryoussef wins fight to avoid extradition to UK

Philippe Moryoussef told MLex today that the SFO’s trial against him was “inequitable” as the laws governing Euribor rates — which began in 2012 — were applied to his case long after his activity at Barclays.
