They say “plaintiffs point to a hodgepodge of circumstances that do not plausibly suggest that defendants’ pricing was the result of the complicated conspiracy plaintiffs imagine—merely that the two firms independently chose to match one another’s price increases, something the Supreme Court has called ‘do[ing] what was only natural anyway.’”See document below....
