KPK spokesperson Febri Diansyah said the watchdog had found preliminary evidence to justify naming him as the third suspect in the case. The bribes were allegedly paid to an acting clerk at the South Jakarta District Court to win a dispute case against a local unit of Singapore-based Eastern Jason Fabrication Service. The kickbacks amounting to 425 million rupiah ($31,828) were allegedly made through the company's lawyer, Akhmad Zaini, who is also a suspect in the case, along with the court clerk....
