LinkedIn hacker's request for new trial or acquittal denied by US judge

"True, the undersigned felt at trial at times that the government’s case was disjointed and hard to follow," Alsup said. "The government’s closing, however, was exceptionally useful and connected the dots based on the evidence presented at trial in a way that presented a compelling argument for guilt. . .
