Certain preserved mushrooms from France dumped in US, harmed domestic industry, USITC finds

( December 19, 2022, 19:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US International Trade Commission has found that certain preserved mushrooms imported from France have been sold at less than fair value and harmed the US industry, according to today’s vote. Due to these results, Commerce will impose an antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from France.
