Realtek asks judge to consider stay in case to determine RAND rate

By Amy Miller ( January 31, 2014, 23:10 GMT | Insight) -- Attorneys for Realtek have asked a federal judge in San Jose to consider staying its lawsuit against LSI, possibly delaying a scheduled jury trial to determine a reasonable and non-discriminatory, or RAND, licensing rate for patents essential to WiFi standards.
