Intuitive Surgical must face antitrust claims from Rebotix over surgical instrument repair services, rules US judge

US District Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington dismissed Rebotix’s claims based on those usage counters, but allowed the remaining claims to continue, saying that Rebotix has plausibly alleged that Intuitive has monopoly power in the relevant market of EndoWrist repairs and maintains it through exclusionary tactics.
